Independent Business Associates and Commission Sharing
Kiren Australia Pty Ltd works with independent sole-trader business associates who contribute to generating business opportunities and revenue for our clients.
Under our agreed commission-sharing arrangements, eligible associates receive a share of the commission earned by Kiren Australia for the business they help generate.
For example, where Kiren Australia earns a commission equivalent to 20% of the relevant transaction value, the commission may be divided equally between Kiren Australia and the associate:
10% — Kiren Australia Pty Ltd: The company’s share of the commission.
10% — Independent business associate: The associate’s share for generating the qualifying business.
This example illustrates a 50/50 split of the commission earned, not a 50/50 split of the total transaction value. Actual commission rates and sharing arrangements depend on the applicable agreement.
